Were you adding two = signs to the boot argument? if so it only needs one.. cpus=1

It's hard to guess what you did wrong or what isn't working without being there or seeing what you're doing, exactly.

its loading to the install for usb but after the install is done the hard drive is not showing in the clover

Most of the time this error is caused by abuse/overuse of config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Fixes.

I restart the dsdt part to default values, and success to boot.
but front audio port doesn't output any sound (back one is normal)
when I plugin headphone, "Internal Speakers" becomes "Headphone", but no sound in headphone

Hey @liquidsilver88! I have the same motherboard, also i7 7700K and GTX 1060.
I tried to use your BIOS settings, config.plist and kexts. But I changed:

• "Inject Intel" to "Inject NVidia" (Because I want to use my GTX 1060)
• BIOS: "Internal Graphics" = disabled, "Initial Display Output" = PCIe 1 slot.
  
• Boot params: cpus=1 nvda_drv=1 dart=0 darkwake=8 kext-deve-mode=1 -v

In ~15 min stopped on this screen: P70509-165520.jpg
And in ~10min: P70509-170418.jpg

Mouse (Logitech G 403 wireless) is work, but progress is stopped.
Could you help me please?

Disable config.plist/ACPI/SSDT/Generate/CStates

Remove config.plist/Boot Arguments/cpus=1
Remove config.plist/Devices/USB/Add ClockID
Change config.plist/Devices/Add Properties/IntelGFX/Value (see Skylake Intel HD 530 Graphics Glitch Fix for correct value)

Remember to boot with Nvidia set to VESA
At Clover Boot Screen press space bar and select Set Nvidia to VESA (nv_disable=1)
