Thanks for sharing. Will check and use. Also, glad to hear that my EFI was useful for you.Try the following with your EFI (which i also use thank you!) to fix the dim screen on startup:
1. add -igfxblr and igfxonln=1 in boot args
2. enable-backlight-registers-fix under device properties (see attached)
This fixed my issue with the Dell 3410 with big sur using your EFI.
