Hahah.. I just updated to F9G... Tried to load your config.. Turns out your config was made using F9f.
I even checked the file with a hex editor to make sure.

Ah.. That makes sense.
There you go. BIOS preset saved for F9G and Bios f9f ( previous preset ). Your choice :)

If you need proper help on your issues, you should mention what version of OSX you are running, post your entire EFI folder so others can see it - without serial number or UUID from config.plist/SMBIOS , your IOreg saved ( you'll need IORegistry explorer application ) and the screenshot details of: About this mac-> system report -> PCI. ( I put mine below as an example ). Also, because this thread is not very active, you should also post all the requested infos on the following thread . Good luck for now :).

@robifis ,

Could you tell me if you were able to get the Power Management +Sleep for your system working correctly? I have some serious issues with this for 3 weeks and tried so many things.
Currently, I am trying an approach by creating this USB Kext explained by @kgp. But, if that would not work, I would be out of ideas.

@Tepoo
I have posted The solution for your sleep wake issue on another thread.
You do not need to enable Kernel pm. Only add in clover/Kernel and kext patches/ kexttopatch the following patch: ( valid for 10.14.1 and above )
FIND: 31D2E891 FCFFFF
REPLACE: 31D29090 909090

hey @Ellybz ,

if you are talking about this here

Find: 31D2E891 FCFFFF
Replace: 31D29090 909090

mentioned it to me and it sadly does not work. I can not 100% recap what happens, but @franksanderdo is helping me currently getting the EFI setup straight, I assume the fix for my issues with wake-sleep will come hand in hand with this.

if you are talking about something else, please let me know :)

This is the only difference to be added from the KGP EFI recommendation. You do not have the use a custom USB Kext as port limit patch works very well. Also you should read few post on this thread about solving other issues with Sleep wake. ( pmset -g assertions) SSDTs are not necessary if you do not want to create them. RX580 I fully recognised. Good luck.
