The case i choose is quite small and needed a single slot card. I used for one year an AMD 7750 until the fan stopped... I bought a new fan, changed everything, but now it was making a lot of noise... I finally decided to go Nvidia new Maxwell architecture. Only the GTX 750 normal and not TI exit in single slot.

How to install :
I flashed the last F8 bios.

In the bios set up

1/ Load optimized setting
2/ disable vt-x
3/ set xHCI to auto
4/ set EHCI to enabled
5/ disable wake up on lan

Classic install it worked perfectly : http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...-x-yosemite-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html

MultiBeast settings :

Everything worked.

Then i followed Stork's Hector build installation notes for 750 ti : http://www.tonymacx86.com/graphics/...am-new-gigabyte-750-ti-2gb-graphics-card.html

I had some problems after a few reboots. It was solved with booting ignoring the cache.
You can disable it in your Extra/org.chameleon.Boot.plist (It was set to "Yes")

Code:
<key>UseKernelCache</key>
<string>No</string>

Result it works perfectly.

Thanks!

I think it's my first post here. I've been lurking for some time, and i think i have to give back a bit what i learned thanks to this great community. I would like to thanks Macman and Tonymac for everything, you guys rocks!

My goal was to build this really small computer but with some space for a discrete graphic card. Planned GeForce 650 ti single slot, but now have a GTX 750. 13cm is the way to go, GeForce 650 Ti are the best you can got...

I'm using the Intel stock cooler which is awful! I'll buy a Noctua later.

I followed Tonymac installation reported here : http://www.tonymacx86.com/golden-bu...87mx-d3h-i7-4770k-hd-4600-a-6.html#post649769

First flashed the bios to F4, loaded optimized default, disabled Vpro and V-tx (4770 has vt-x the 4770K doesn't) put auto xHCI and not "smart auto".

Had to use -x after install to get to finish the installation and download MultiBeast.

Used this as MultiBeast 5.5.2

UPDATE 17/10

AS REPORTED BY TEUN2, IN ORDER TO GET THE SECOND LAN WORKING CHECK in NETWORK ATHEROS - SHAILAB... + INTEL - HNAK...

So far everything works perfectly, USB3, sound (i don't use HDMI audio didn't check that), video, network (I use cable, no WiFi).
The motherboard overclock a bit the CPU to 3,69 but well, it's ok...

The only thing i doesn't know is if the P-state works dunno how to check...
This doesn't seem to work...

Thanks again for this great community!

UPDATE 17/10
Do not forget to deactivate the "
Wake up from Lan" in the BIOS so your computer do not reboot instead of shutdown...

Thanks for the update. BTW, you can upload your pictures to your Profile's Album (make it public) and the screen snapshots will appear in real size. You can use Preview to scale the pictures in the Save As option. I recommend a width of <1024 and density of 72 dpi (dots per inch).

I've got the same board, but i've checked the Atheros as well in multibeast to get the second lan port working. Not that I use it, but having two working lan ports is always better than one. Also, I had to disable VT-d to get the machine to properly boot. I've disabled Wake on lan, because after a shutdown, the machine would reboot itself.

Thanks Teun2, i've been lucky to plug my cable on the intel lan and not the atheros, cause i didn't even notice that it wasn't working...
Thanks for that !

I must add to remove the Wake up from Lan which i aslo dit to remove the reboot instead of shutdown...
I'll add it.

Most of Ivy Bridge and Haswell series of motherboards don't need the USB 3 now.

I bought the parts from sept buyers guide for Mac mini build, I'm trying to find out which drivers and utilities I need to install from MultiBeast†
Thanks for any help

MoFoTomO,
See the MultiBeast configuration screen snapshot in the original post for information. By choosing the "UserDSDT or DSDT Free-Installation" option, you'll get most of the kexts/drivers you'll need. As it states on page 3 of the MultiBeast Features document, which comes with MultiBeast, you'll then only need to choose the correct audio and Ethernet kext/driver for your motherboard.

Thank you! I'm having problems with video, bluetooth kb and booting up on its on without the usb install plugged in. The system lags real bad and its slow to open apps or close web pages..
