Yeah... I Know it!
But unfortunatelly it doesn’t appears!
I can’t create this list, but my HD’s are there!
I wanna know if someone knows how to do this!
Have you tried reseting to defaults via the "Save & Exit" tab?

In your BIOS, you should change "Windows 8/10" to "Other OS." under "Chipset" in your BIOS, do you have "Vt-d" disabled? It hould be. If I had this problem, I would use Gigabyte's "Q-flash" to re-flash my F8 BIOS.
Of course! The photo was take after ahhhnnn... near 3000 times trying change different BIOS...

My Boot Options: only USB.
My HD's in SATA options: 4!!!
I'll flash F8 BIOS again now...

@AndrezinhoCosta did you recently update the BIOS? Recently as I was trying a few different BIOS versions, this happened to me. The fix is outlined here (in the third post):

Perhaps this will be helpful. I hope so!

Ok... Talked too early!
Now, I can see all the HD's but the USB doesn't show [UEFI], and stops in the boot!
Freeze...

I looked at your EFI, it's a bit strange. Have both drivers, apfs.efi and ApfsDriverLoader-64.efi. It is needed I think only ApfsDriverLoader-64. I miss FakeSMC.kext or VirtualSMC.kext. No idea how this works for you :D
Whether you have FakeSMC.kext in the System?
Because of ++++, You use OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi, and mostly that's OK, test this time AptioMemoryFix-64.efi, or others. Or do in the Clover menu F11. Add to that EmuVariableUefi-64.efi.
Clover ACPI SECTION - None Patches, completely empty.
...
