Stuck on Apple logo

Hello guys, I have a problem which after I created a bootable disk for installing High Sierra on my computer and I have configured my bios settings as said, but when I get to the boot screen and select high Sierra I get stuck in the Apple logo screen.

My pc conf is :

CPU: intel 6800k
Mother board: Asus X99 A-II
VGA: Asus ROG 1060gtx
16 gb ram

any one has any solution for me please

When I select safe mode with space when it goes to apple logo suddenly changes to a white do not enter logo

I'm also having this issue! i can't get past the apple logo when trying to install. followed the bios settings. can someone help?

Finally I decided to install Sierra. it worked

I'm having the same problems with 10.13.1 through 10.13.3. It gets to the Apple logo with the progress bar and just stops. Help?

The most valuable solutions i got through out my research about this it was look through you’re bios settings and make sure that they are right for installing mac
