Something else to try:

BIOS --> set "Windows 8/10 Mode" to Enabled
BIOS --> set "Fast Boot" to Disabled

Does it help?

I’ll try to update my bios version
 
I upgrade bios to newest version, then I can install the mojave. But in this step

i can not start computer anymore, the reason is "using 16384 buffer headers and 10240 cluster IO buffer headers"

Please remove all of the SSDTs from CLOVER/ACPI/patched folder. Those SSDTs are for the Designare Z390 and will not work on MSI.

Try booting from the USB install disk. When Clover Boot Menu appears, select "Boot macOS from Mojave". Then mount the EFI partition of Mojave SSD and remove the SSDTs.
