Strange keyboard shortcus in system preferences screen - no left column

Hi to all

I´ve looking around a while but I have no clue about the issue I have after last instalación of sierra 10.12.1. Everything seems to go smooth but in system preferences>Keyboard shortcuts I can´t no see the left column, although I can access it with the tab key I do not see the categories. May it be a hackintosh issue or just something I missed?

Grab the left column and drag it to the right.
