The stop sign appears during Booting OS X Install from Install macOS High Sierra. High Sierra is downloaded new.

Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

After placing 'USBInjectAll.kext' and 'XHCI-300-series-injector.kext' in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other, there were no error screen in Verbose mode anymore. But it freezes at this stage now.

Why did you install XHCI-300-series-injector.kext ?
Your motherboard is 100 series not 300.
You should use XHCI-unsupported.kext instead. (Click Download repository).

Thank you, I replaced it to 'XHCI-unsupported.kext' but it still freezes there. In the attached picture, I captured the last text lines which show up before the apple sign, where everything stops.

'Architecture couldn't be recognized' - is everything ok here?
