sorry again :/

EFI/Clover missing.
The ioreg proves that config.plist settings for graphics are wrong.
(config.plist/Devices/FakeID/IntelGFX is using an incorrect value, remove the setting as it is not required anyway)

thank you

thank you

No FakeID/IntelGFX in this config.plist, so it must be something you're (incorrectly) doing in the Clover GUI.
Don't set a FakeID (at least not an invalid one).

I don't know, I took the config.plist from your bucket, the one for iris 520

You did.
But your ioreg shows use of an invalid FakeID.
Either you're not actually booting from this EFI/Clover, or you're changing the FakeID (to something wrong) from the Clover GUI.

In the clover menu, the ID is 191B0000, I just copied it to make it boot, otherwise I got a KP

What should I do because when I leave the FakeID at 00000000, it doesn't boot

ig-platform-id is not the same thing as device-id (FakeID/IntelGFX).

That is a problem you'll need to solve.
Maybe due to incorrect DVMT-prealloc setting?
Read details on DVMT-prealloc in the guide:
