nm another review said 300w is okay and pci 2.0 is backwards compatible w 1.0 . .so i guess im good to go. . thanks

will do, thanks again man , awesome help any advice on getting sleep to work an a HP DC 7700 ? Ive tried over 5 sleepenablers w no luck.. it wont come out of sleep, i just see a red light and beeping. . .
