Hello,

I am using Atheros AR9280 Wifi Adapter in Mojave with kexts from High Sierra. Often when waking from sleep, Wifi doesn't detect any Wifi networks. I had to restart the system for Wifi to detect the networks

Kindly let me know any solution for the same.

Read the FAQ regarding taping pins to disable the radio-off function of the card.

But consider replacing the card with a supported Broadcom one.

By taping it, do we essentially remove the ability to turn on or off the WiFi at OS level or it doesn't affect that feature?

It doesn't affect switching wifi on and off under an OS.

It worked. Thank you.
