[SOLVED] Siri not working (trouble with the connection)

Running Sierra, I don't seem to have these files. I have "ShowAllFiles" enabled, have searched "siri" with spotlight and finder and manually... My icloud works, imessages work, just not siri... I am getting the "sorry, I'm having trouble with the connection, please try again in a moment" from siri. Is there another way to find them that maybe I am not trying?

Asrock z77 Extreme 4, i7 3770k, imac 14.2 plist config... (I have tried both ethernet and wifi)

I suspect (but don't know for certain) this is the same problem as when iMessage/FaceTime don't work, and that the same fixes will apply. If so, you should be able to fix it using information from these two threads:
