best to delete the kexts that are not installed properly:Yes. Sorry bro. You got them
Kext rejected due to improper filesystem permissions: <OSKext 0x7fdb2a941ea0 [0x7fff9fa11af0]> { URL = "AppleBacklightInjector.kext/ -- file:///Library/Extensions/", ID = "org.rehabman.injector.AppleBacklightInjector" }
Maybe is a stupid question but How can I get a "vanilla" AppleHDA?best to delete the kexts that are not installed properly:
Code:Kext rejected due to improper filesystem permissions: <OSKext 0x7fdb2a941ea0 [0x7fff9fa11af0]> { URL = "AppleBacklightInjector.kext/ -- file:///Library/Extensions/", ID = "org.rehabman.injector.AppleBacklightInjector" }
also you need a vanilla AppleHDA.kext installed to /System/Library/Extensions
re run the mac installer so it can put your AppleHDA.kext back in place
as mentioned, re run the mac installer (no need to wipe) and that will put proper vanilla (vanilla=unpatched) kexts in placeMaybe is a stupid question but How can I get a "vanilla" AppleHDA?
Do you mean star from Zero or with pacifist??
ahh ok ok oki didn't mention pacifist
re run the macOS installer on top of your current system, it will not delete your data but will refresh your kexts
I don't know "vanilla" AppleHDA, bro.
I extracted applehda with pacifist from my clean installation of High Sierra and the patched with AppleHDA patcher.
Ok. I just see the other lines in config.plist.
