best to delete the kexts that are not installed properly:

also you need a vanilla AppleHDA.kext installed to /System/Library/Extensions

re run the mac installer so it can put your AppleHDA.kext back in place

as mentioned, re run the mac installer (no need to wipe) and that will put proper vanilla (vanilla=unpatched) kexts in place

I don't know "vanilla" AppleHDA, bro.
I extracted applehda with pacifist from my clean installation of High Sierra and the patched with AppleHDA patcher.

Ok. I just see the other lines in config.plist.

You can restore AppleHDA to vanilla by running the macOS installer.
