Did you download OS X from the Mac App Store?
Did you create your USB on real hardware per guide? (http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/)
Did you completely repartition your disk as GPT with only a single HFS+J partition?

My guide has no video component...

It also does not use Unibeast/Multibeast.

And Windows should be installed after OS X... (the guide covers the specifics).
