Need full "Problem Reporting" files.
Otherwise, I have no way of knowing the kexts you may have installed/patched.

Also, keep in mind you must re-extract/re-patch ACPI whenever you change a BIOS option.

Comments on your EFI/Clover though:
- CPU PM not implemented. See guide linked from FAQ.
- FixDisplay_0100 is a mistake. Remove.
- CsrActiveConfig is set incorrectly. Should be 0x67.
- you cannot use the 128mb DVMT-prealloc patch unless DVMT-prealloc is actually set to 128mb in BIOS. Check.
- backlight control not implemented
- OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi recommended over OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi
- HFSPlus.efi recomended over VboxHfs-64.efi
- why all IntelMausiEthernet.kext and RealtekRTL8111.kext and AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext? Most laptops do not have three Ethernet devices. Choose to include only the kext you actually need.
- your copy of Clover is rather old.

I have reinstall/update clover, remove fixdisplay, set csrActiveConfig to 0x67 remove all wrong kext, and it same.
DVMT-prealloc is already set to 128mb in bios.
OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi don't work, i have a memory error and don't boot.
I don't know where download HFSPlus.efi..

Your ACPI/patched files are out of sync with native.
Note different SystemMemory addresses:

ASL Output:    DSDT.dsl - 667072 bytes

IntelBacklight.kext does not work on 10.12.4 and later.
