So, I did some updates through System Update that I thought wouldn't screw my installation, but it looks like they did.

All I get is this
Code:
boot0: GPT
boot0: Testing
boot0: Testing
boot0: done

and then the CPU halts. I tried booting with the CD but I only get a KP.
I sure hope there's a solution for this. My installation was working so good...

Re: Installation not booting anymore.

Do you remember what updates you installed?

Try using the boot CD with the "-x" flag.

Re: Installation not booting anymore.

I already tried the -x but I get a KP.

I'm not exactly sure what were the updates, but I know there was a security update, iTunes update, iLife support... I do believe that these updates shouldn't break the installation, but I may be wrong.

Re: Installation not booting anymore.

Yea, those don't normally break an install..hmm.

Can you boot into single user (-s) mode?

Re: Installation not booting anymore.

No, immediate KP.

Re: Installation not booting anymore.

I'm not sure how they would have changed just from updating, but just to be safe double check all your BIOS settings (including hard drive priority order).
