Your profile does not indicate your screen resolution (as per guide, your profile should contain your screen resolution).

SSDT-IGPU-HIRES.aml implies you have 1600x900 or 1920x1080p screen. Is it correct?

That was the issue. I thought I had a 1600x900 monitor, but my resolution was only 1366x768. Went through the patching again, installed SSDT-IGPU.aml and everything seems to be working.

Lesson learned: Never guess about your hardware specifications.
