For example Tony's basic El Capitan starter guide.

I'd suggest to reinstall Clover and just include fixes/patches/kexts which you really need. Using the Clover folder from someone else can introduce really strange issues and gives us a very hard time to help you out.

i've solved all the problems removing the dsdt and revoming nv_disable=1
