The simplest way in OSX is to remove your existing DSDT, install NullPowerManagement also running system utilities, then reboot before extracting your vanilla dsl.

here you are, thank you in advance!!!

If the first version doesn't work out for ya, there's also an alt version.

Both are edited from your actual vanilla dsl.

Be sure to label as just DSDT.aml before putting it in the extra folder.

If neither of these work then you have either a mobo problem/ram problem/CPU problem or install problem.

Man plexi, thank you so much. You got it fixed. Now I can eject as much as I want after waking up from sleep :)

That's good to hear!

Which of the two versions fixed the problem?

The differences are in the vanilla upload itself.
The edits are the same as I did to the last dudes vanilla upload.

You'll probably find that the alt version also works fine on your system, although the edits are very different, they were made to your vanilla dsl.

Just goes to show....

hey plexi,

i've seen that my system runs in 32 bit mode. so i booted into 64 bit mode and found out that this caused the system to freeze and to give me kps....Is there a way to make 64 bit work? Because I'm using logic and i really want to use it 64bit mode?

It should boot in 64 bit mode with no problems.

Make sure you don't have the flag npci=2000.
Not good on a Gigabyte series 5 chipset.
