Mount /dev/disk1s1

I used EFI Mount to mount disk1s1 (don't see /dev/disk1s1). And this Mounts EFI. There is a folder called EFI, and the folders in there are Apple, Boot, Microsoft. Nothing else.

Also, I've tried to run MutliBeast several times and it fails. It displays, "The installation failed".

I've restarted several times.

I can only boot into the disk using the UniBeast Installer. When I try to boot into via Clover it hangs.

This is where you should install Clover if you are working with your APFS partition. Once you've installed Clover here, it should also be the drive you boot from when you want to run macOS from the APFS partition.

Yes, you can use MultiBeast to install Clover, but you have to install it to the right drive.
