Thank you for responding. This issue has been solved.

For future readers :
- NVMEFix was causing issues. Disabled it.
- Nooted red must be disabled and enabled only after all Mac setup has been completed. (After entering desktop, onboarding completed)
- Ryzen users need to map the usb ports and also enable https://github.com/RattletraPM/GUX-RyzenXHCIFix. Make sure the fix is loaded before usbtoolbox kext.
