Sleep / Wake Problem on GA-Z170X-Gaming 5

Hi,

I installed 10.11.5 on GA-Z170X-Gaming 5 using suggested method and Bios settings from guides (Bios version F5). When I select sleep from apple menu, power light of chassis completely turns off in a few seconds (instead of blinking), and cannot wake up.

Any suggestion?

did you fix it ?

if not , try with darkwake=8 in the config.plist on clover.

So my desktop has a perfect working hackintosh for several months, until recently I updated to macos Sierra 10.12.1. By default my mac go into sleep at night.

Problem:

My mac restarted somewhere during the night. I have clover 3751 loaded and now starts up with the clover screen (hibernated).

1. How do I cancel hibernate to boot. If I select or hit enter on clover, osxaptiofix2drv appears reporting hibernate and the
system does nothing !

2. If I select spacebar to force cancel hibernate, same thing happens as in step 1.


How do I break out of this cycle, Can someone help please ?

Hi, Yes I did. With clover you can cancel hibernate boot. Something that I missed . The reason why my Mac restarts (and panic crash) is because power nap was enabled. I don't used it so I disabled it.
