Read this 3 times before you start.
1, Download the attached DSDT
2, Download the Latest multibeast 5.1 here http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=147
3, Download KextBeast from here http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=32
4, Download the file called ML_AppleHDA-887Legacy-Alpha.zip from here : http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/67763-ml-optimized-realtek-applehda-preview-alpha.html
Put these files in one folder and keep it in a USB pen drive.
Do a fresh installation of Mountain Lion. Since you are using Ati 6870 Follow this guide

For post installation.
Rename the DSDT file as DSDT.aml and keep it on the desktop.
From this folder ML_AppleHDA-887Legacy-Alpha.zip only copy AppleHDA.kext and keep it on the desktop.
Run multibeast with these settings.
Run kext Beast (this will copy the AppleHDA.kext)
If you do these steps properly you will have Video/Audio/Eithernet/ HDMI A/V working after restart.
Now try the sleep function.
