im thinking to build a new hackintosh but i confused what to buy Haswell or Skylake?

Haswell is completely supported but it is old. Try the latest Skylake 99.8% working, As of now onboard graphics HD530 is supported but have issues with sleep, can be rectified by nvidia cards.
