Sierra or El Capitan?

Hi, im new. I wanna know if my build would be compatible with macOS.

i5 4460
MSI H81-M E33
16GB HYPERX KINGSTON
120GB SSD KINGSTON
500GB HDD WD
USB MOUSE & KEYBOARD
XFX HD 5770

In my opinion the only downside I can see is my graphics card. I think I´ll buy an used GT 740 minimum to be more compatible because I´ve read somewhere that XFX cards aren't too friendly.

XFX cards are known to be problematic because of their custom BIOS. But if you get the GT 740 you should be OK with either El Capitan or Sierra.
