Try moving kext in 10.12 folder instead of Other.
Also, you shouldn't need fakesmc for installing and, plus, why do you have 2 different ethernet kexts?

leave all kexts in other folder

That panic results when DVMT-prealloc is not set correctly.
If you plan to keep the incorrect setting and use the minStolenSize patch, you must use an invalid ig-platform-id until you can correctly activate the patch.
