Status

I installed Sierra 10.12.4 on my PC, everything works except for turning it off. The pc instead of switching off restarts.
Help me please?
Maybe you can apply some patches to your DSDT, I have no experience on a desktop, but for notebooks ACPI patches work to solve problems like this.

can't help you with the dsdt patching but your problem might be related to devices connected to your computer. At least I had this issue and it was caused by the Apple wireless/bluetooth keyboard:
shutdown/restart problem 10.12.4
I think that can also helps, the fix was in my config.plist by default, because I use the config.plist RehabMan provides.

I had this problem in Mavericks i fixed it by setting WakeOnLan in Bios to disabled

I have the same problem :(
Sierra 10.12.5
ASUS Maximus V Gene (z77)
Intel Core i3 3225
ASUS GTX750ti

In Clover Configurator select fix shutdown. See attachment. You may also need to reduce the number of USB ports to the Apple specification of a maximum of 15 through the use of an ssdt for your USB ports.

Enable Clover ACPI Fixes "FixShutdown" and "Halt Enabler".

Other users also reported success with:
  • In Gigabyte Bios enable "ErP" fixes the problem
  • After Disabling "Platform Power Management" within Bios shutdown works again
