I'm not sure how my patch for SATA was different than what you have in api_dsdt_patches.plist. Anyways, I've copied it exactly how it is in your file and added the other patches you have recommended. Please see latest EFI and IOReg attached.

Test sleep. Make sure that Powernap is disabled.

What happens if you leave the machine when it wakes back up does it go back into sleep?

It goes off again after about 30 seconds and then it turns back on and I can't use the computer anymore, the screen doesn't turn on anymore. It also no longer turns off.

Could be related to Graphics. Not sure how stable nvidia web drivers are.

I see the following line in the console, does that mean it is related graphics?

One thing to try is onboard iGPU.
