should i update my BIOS if so how as No windows only OSX

2 Questions:
After I flash from f6 to latest f8 bios I assume I loose all my settings?

Also will I have to update my DSDT with multibeast

My system is running great and is stable overclocked to 3.5 ghz I don't won't to stuff it up but like to keep it as upto date as possible

Not only you lose them, but you should restore BIOS default settings.

Not necessarily with MultiBeast, but yes, you do have to update your DSDT.
If you want to do it manually, download the new one, rename it to DSDT.aml, and copy it to /Extra.
