No. The celeron G550 will not work no Mac has that CPU OS X doesn't even support that CPU. The GT610 has problems so I'm guessing the 720 will also you can try the GPU of you want.

Ok, I'm looking at the 2500K. I noticed the 2500 Non K doesn't have HD 3000. If I pick up the 2500K what do I do if I decide to add discrete graphics later? Reinstall?

You can either leave HD 3000 enabled and just add the discrete GPU & have swappable GPUs or you can disable it in the BIOS.
