which is better?

Nice scores. I wonder why my Cinebench CPU score is higher, but your XBench and Geekbench are higher...

You would think it would be consistent. There's definitely room for tweaking with these set-ups :¬)

... and on that note, I just ran Geekbench again (4.2Ghz (B)), and it was just under my original 4.4Ghz score. nearly 700 points higher than my last run at 4.2Ghz (A)...

using dsdt from autopatcher
no nullcpupm or sleep enabler but sleep and shutdown work

Still tweaking the overclock, this is with 44 multi. I think I can get a stable 48 which should put me in the 16-17k range. 6870 cinebench score sucks. I hope it will improve with better drivers.
