Safari Flicker, Slow Chess and Launchpad. No Graphics Acceleration?

Hey guys, I'm on Mac OS Mojave, and everything is working fine, 1080p, Audio, Ethernet and everything, but, apparently my Graphics Acceleration isn't working, and I don't know what to do, I've searched and tried a bunch of thing, but none helped me. Please someone give me some light.

Have Nvidia Web Drivers up to date
I'm Using CUDA, also updated

I'm Using a:
Intel I7 3770
Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Motherboard Asus P8Z77V-LX

Ps.: After I recorded the video attached on this thread I noticed that the system becomes even slower. Need serious help!!

How did you manage to install Web Drivers on Mojave? it does not support Mojave at all. Your GTX 970 will not work correctly on Mojave, there is no solution, Mojave dropped nvidia. Install High Sierra or get an AMD card.

There are no web drivers for Mojave.

apparently my Graphics Acceleration isn't working

No drivers means no acceleration.

Need serious help

Use supported hardware or use an OS that supports your hardware (High Sierra).
