SABERTOOTH Z77 - i7 CPU - AMD 7970, will this work?

Hello,
I was running a VM and as I'm trying to do game development the performance I was getting was not anywhere near what I needed. From what I'm reading around it seems like my setup should work, but I'd love it if someone could give me their approval as well so I dont buy a copy of OSX and it doesn't work!
Here's all my hardware info and my geekbench benchmark (also in my profile info):

Everything you have listed is comparable to osx. The only thing I would check is your GPU to make sure it is the correct model for mountain lion which can be found on the main page of this web site radeon 7xxx support. If you do plan installing I would follow one of the guides that someone has already successfully installed ml on a sabertooth z77. Just search it!! Good luck

Btw I have almost the same specs but an i5 and my geek bench is higher so worth it for you
One more thing if u decide to do it I recommend patching your bios
