RX570 - Full Graphics on UniBeast, but not Normal Boot?

Will attempt that as a last ditch effort. More than likely going to format the PC tomorrow night and reinstall from scratch.

When formatting erase with fat32 then use HFS Journaled. There may be some windows on there somewhere. This way it erased both formats for sure.

New install worked - Had to follow this guide due to her motherboard, but now all is well.

Did you get the UEFI working?

Yes - at first after going through normal install, UEFI didn't even show as a boot option.

However, after going through hat guide using the newest Linux Mint (due to 17.2 not having RX570 drivers, which resulted in a hard freeze at boot), all works.

Two anomalies left:

1. Using the SSDT for the i5 for Sandy Bridge, I am getting kernel panics on the CPU. Will attempt i5 OC SSDT due to being a 2500k. If that fails, off to Null CPU.

2. My extra hard drive, plugged into another SATA port, is not formatting. It formats fine in my other hack, but does not show up in my hack. May just go without this, but it is an oddity.

I can confirm that the ACHI Port patch has fixed both remaining issues.
