Hey hai the thing is, even after I formatted my HDD completely, I still could see Clover bootloader, where does this comes from, I formatted by HDD.

What app did you use to format the drive? Mac OS Disk utility does not touch the EFI partition when it formats the main body of the drive.
In any case, does not matter. UEFI entries will stay there even if the drive is removed. Selection one of them will just boot you back to UEFI to select again if the drive is gone.

I inserted my drive in one of my friend's PC and formatted it by right clicking it and selecting format, you know, the usual way!
