Well I don't know what this patch in HEX Code does exactly. What I know is that this change brings me full speed to USB 3 ports.

You have totally wrong setup. No need to have EHC1, EHC2 in config.

Thank you for this comment. Unfortunately this hint doesn't help me to fix my setup If you know how to fix it for my Mobo, it would be nice if you attached the right settings.

Most likely because you don't XHCI set to enabled in the BIOS. Z97/H97 doesn't have EH01,EH02 as USB 2 is routed through XHCI controller. Take a look at this thread. https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/usb-randomly-ejects-turning-off-on.197672/page-12#post-1369885
