Recommendation for purchasing a motherboard

This one is new.


This is a Gigabyte motherboard + i5 CPU bundle, that costs less than the motherboard above.

I thank you very much for all the information. The main problem I see now is that in the following years macOS support for Intel will decrease. This is something I didn't see clearly until now. I thought I had a few years of use left, but WiFi support is already disappearing. We'll see what disappears next year. Due to my work I need to have the operating system updated. I think I should make the investment in an Apple computer.

Anyway, I'll try to buy a second-hand board to install Linux or Windows on my current machine if I find one at a reasonable price. I don't want to pay for an outdated component at a high-tech price :)
 
Search locally. In the Netherlands, I can find second-hand Z3x0 boards for less than 100 E right now. But I don't know what's the equivalent site in Spain.
