Random Freezes in HS with random reboots. Please Help!

Hey all,

I finally got my system up and running and it seems to be performing just right other than random freezes and reboots. I have 2 safari windows open and in the middle of doing something, my screen freezes. I'm still able to move the mouse and see the curser move but can't click anywhere and system is not responding. Any one know how to solve this issue?


my specs are as follow:
Mobo Z87X-UD7-TH
CPU i7-4770K
GPU AMD PowerColor Radeon R9 280x (lilu and whatevergreen kext installed)
32 GB 1600Mhz RAM
650 Corsair PSU.

Hey there, I had a similar instability issue but with apps not responding/randomly freezing. I managed to fix it by manually entering the correct ram timings/voltage in the bios.
