Ram Issues

Sounds good to me. I've already tested them individually so I guess now I'll test them together . I was actually even thinking of RMA'ing both of them and just getting a 4GB stick so I don't have to deal with compatibility issues between two. I'll update this when I get a chance to run them in Memtest. Thanks guys.

I gave them both a try at it and together they would again give me errors. I RMA'd both of them and instead got me a Corsair 4GB stick. Memtested it and it gave me no errors. Now that i've taken care of that, my system feels so much more stable. No KP's, no hangups, just a fast, fluid system. So for anyone else with freezes, KP's, crashes, etc. make sure to test out your memory sticks! Oh and one piece of advice, as per Lnx2Mac instructions i checked out NotShy's guide to CPU/RAM testing on this forum, you guys should too! Good advice on it.
