Questions about my new build

hi guys
I am new to the hackintosh world but im planning on building a hackintosh. So i want to ask some questions about hackintosh machines.
Firstly, i am going to use Asus Z9PE-D8 WS motherboard, is it hackable?
As for processors i am going to use two of these INTEL BX80621E52603 Xeon Quad Core E5 (2603) 1.8GHz 10MB L3 Cache Socket LGA2011 Processor with 6.4GT/s Bus Speed
and for ram i am going to use this Corsair CMY16GX3M2A1600C9R Vengeance Pro Series 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600Mhz CL9 XMP Performance Desktop Memory Kit Red.
As for an hdd i am going to use a western digital 3tb green and then i may add a 60gb ssdIs there a dsdt for the motherboard?
And, is there a problem if i use a corsair 850 watts psu but dont install immediately all the ram and the graphics card (the second will be my old one, in which the whole system will depend for a while-the other is probably going to be one 7970) that im planning? On this building i am going to install os x mavericks probably.

The build you are considering seems a bit excessive considering the few add-ons that you propose to install. I also think that it may be more difficult to set up than the more tried an tested builds already posted on this website.

have you considered a build based on the X79 series motherboards with a single Intel 6 Core Xeon config e.g, like these successful build;

thanks, i am going to consider changinqg my build. Do you know of the parts that i selected are compatible to become a hackintosh?
