When I cold boot my computer, the resolution on my computer is 1920x1080 but when I restart my computer the resolution changes to 1024x768.

When its 1024x768 I try to change the resolution but it only shows me that option. I can't change it to nothing else. Also, whenever the resolution is 1024x768 facetime doesn't seem to work

Is there anything I can do for my computer to start at 1920x1080 every time even if I restart the system.

This is my system:
[h=1][/h]Intel Core i3-3225 Ivy Bride LGA1155 HD graphics 4000
Gigabyte GA-H77N-Wifi
8 GB DDR
HP 27" monitor

Chameleon wizard includes the VESA modes that are available to you when booting, well ones that can be chosen - but I believe HD4000 supports basically all of these. I say this as my GTX 550 Ti only has certain modes supported when booting so I can't have 1920X1080x32 until logging into OSX. But shargath has the right idea :thumbup:

try adding this:
<key>Graphics Mode</key>
<string>1920x1080x32</string>

to org.chameleon.Boot.plist

I had already tried that. I changed my hard drive for an SSD and that seemed to fix the problem. It boots in 1920x1080 but still when I change the resolution the screen is all distorted but by putting the computer on sleep/hibernate and turning it back on fixes this. Its weird. Thanks anyways. I don't plan on changing the resolution anytime soon anyways.
