Problems with GA-z77x-ud5h installation

Hi,
i need some help with my hackintosh. I tried lots of different MB Settings but i still get problems.
Usually i freezes while starting on it's own. I get something like this: ATHR unknown locale 21
Which MB settings do I need?
I think my bios is ok, I used this: (http://www.tonymacx86.com/99-quick-guide-configuring-uefi-gigabyte-s-7-series-lga-1155-boards.html)

Here are my system specs:
Motherboard GA-z77x-ud5h
CPU intel i7 3770k
Graphics (First cpu onboard, i'm still waiting for my GPU)
RAM Corsair Vengance 2x8 1600mhz
2 SSD Samsung 830 128gb
Seagate Barracuda 2tb (target hdd for installation, i fixed the boot0 error with this: http://www.macquacker.com/2012/02/hackintosh-boot0-error.html)

How to set MB up correctly?

No problem, default settings in BIOS are ok for ML with this Mobo.
Reload "Optimized Settings"
For booting it need only Chimera, /Extra with boot and SMBios and FakeSMC in /S/L/E + standard app install Apple
After you should Multibeast for the other kext.
Contains of my /E. (I just changed the serial #)

I'm not sure if i understood you correctly. This is my first built.
Thats how i understand it, is that right?:
1. install MB with Chimera and FakeSMC
2. place the boot1h
3. copy org.Chamelon.Boot.plis and smBios.plist to the Extra folder on my hdd
What do i do with the ssdt.aml? do I have to have it on my desktop while installing MB?

Now i get a kernel panic instantly after start. Sorry but what does this S/L/E mean i've seen it in different contexts but i don't get it.

SSDT is optional (needed for overclocked i5 or i7) not mandatory, but no problem to have it even at stock speed.

An other way, is to make the clean install from ML. Then from Multibeast you choose installation WITH DSDT (you don't have to add one, it is not needed for this modo), you add FakeSMC without plugin, Chimera, SMBIOS 12,2 and it should reboot. If it doesn't you can use my files in /Extra.
After you will have to add Network, sound, aditionnal SATA... (but no need to boot, let keep install as simple as possible).

I have get i it working now but it's really slow in starting and i don't have the files in my Extra folder. I've got things working like audio. In my Extra folder there is just smbios.plist
What do i have to install to get those files? It also doesn't boots up by it's own i have to press enter every time. Thanks again.
In conclusion:
1. Slow start
2. not the right files in the Extra folder
3. no boot by it's own

I received my EVGA GTX 580 classified. Had no real problems installing it but i get System freezes sometimes while doing things like watching Youtube-videos.
Can you help me?

Check that QE/CI is ok.
Try to use the DVD reader (if not ok it is crashing). Check into configuration panel, if you can change the resolution (if not you cannot).
