Okay, thanks then, Rehabman. I couldn't remember from past experience when the BOOT0 Error happened. I thought that Chimera would boot, then when you chose Mac, you would get the BOOT0. I'll fix that today. That is fantastic, because now I can get all my old Windows files without swapping my hard drives! I had to back them up to my old hard drive's Mac partition.

Direct boot to Windows (when Windows is present) is the other manifestation of the boot0 error. It goes something like this:

- Chameleon boot0 MBR code looks for first (or active) HFS+ partition and finds it, but there is no boot record there (boot1h was not written there because of 4k sector 'dd' bug)
- Chameleon then looks for other partitions with a bootable PBR, and finds a partition that happens to be Windows, so it loads that PBR and runs it. Windows boots.
