Problem booting Yosemite on hackintosh!!!

Do you have any WiFi device installed in your system??

Disable wake on LAN in BIOS the try.

If getting same problem, then remove the WiFi card and try.

Yes. Chances are there for GFX Card issue.

Do you have any other graphics card with you?

I don't have much of idea on K series graphics cards.

I tried with a nvidia gforce 210 to... can't event go to the installer with her... tried various boot flags...the boot flags which worked with the quadro don't with this one, is there any other combination, driver etc with multibeast... or could this be done by removing AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext

You had already installed the Yosemite. Right.

Just replace the Graphics Card. Connect the Monitor cable to DVI/HDMI port.

Try booting with "npci=0x3000 PCIRootUID=1 GraphicsEnabler=Yes -f -v".

You can insert the GeForce 210. Then boot with the mentioned flags.
