cold someone try to do cinebench open gl test with stock cpu clock speed?

51+ fps at stock 3.4Ghz speed

58+ fps at o/c 4.3Ghz speed

Asus X58 Sabertooth with i7-930 at stock 2.8 GHz speed gets 38+ fps.

just updated bios, with fd13 version (beta bios), dsdt patched by madlon's dsdt auto patcher, now i reach 41 fps with cinebench (smbios 5,1)

Can anyone explain why OpenGL is limited to version 2.1 over OSX , while at windows I get full 4.2?
