Please help. My 2 internal HFS RAID 0s have become corrupted volumes. How to repair them?

Thanks again Edhawk. Yep the lazy choice of spinning drives in RAID 0 configuration was purely an affordability and speed consideration for high end video editing jobs rather than a security consideration but this lesson has reminded me about the need for regular backups which I've now done. I'm going to migrate to a mirrored NAS server when funds allow. I'll reach out to you again down the track when I start tackling incorporating my new AMD RX 6900 XT GPU to update to OS Sonora as soon as I don't need my hack for video jobs to be able to tackle the upgrade
