Patriot Hellfire PCIe M.2 SSD

Anyone know if the Patriot 480GB M.2 SSD PCIe Hellfire 2280 will work as a boot drive? It is hella fast and a lot cheaper than the Samsung SM951 (and available).

It's NVMe so you will have to use the driver/patches.

It'll need the NVMe patch that has been simplified by RehabMan.

I have one installed in Sierra 10.12.3 using the hackrnvme kext and deleting the ionvme kext from SLE. It works, but for some reason the write speed is like at 170MB/s when used as the boot drive, but faster when used as a secondary drive (i.e. When booting into another boot drive and using the patriot as a storage drive).
