Paragon NTFS and Time Machine restore system crash and install corruption.

Hi all, I just finished a 10.8.2 i7 3700k Asrock z77 Extreme 4 M Hackintosh following the multibeast install method. I have had Macs in the past and I naturally backed them up to Time Machine. However when I try to restore those backups, my system crashes and will not boot in any mode. I have to re install or restore from a Time Machine backup I made of my Hackintosh to boot. I believe the problem stems from an application in the Backup drive (Paragon NTFS for Mac). I can not restore my system without my apps (I need them), is there any way to force delete paragon from my Time Machine or to force compatibility with my machine?

This is third report of recent vintage of Paragon not playing well with Hack.
A backup of a Mac will not work on a Hack.
You can restore it to a hard drive and then copy apps to your hack
